We aim to create a unique culinary experience by combining the traditional Sri Lankan cooking techniques with local ingredients. We also strive to showcase the beauty of our cultural heritage and village life, by inviting our guests to take part in the cooking process and to observe our day-to-day life. Anyone can quickly learn the local cooking techniques, ingredients and flavors during a cooking class.
Our cooking lessons are conducted by a village house wife with the help of her family members in a friendly homely environment.
This helps to create a feeling of warmth and familiarity, as well as to impart a strong sense of traditional cooking techniques. It also allows us to experience firsthand the traditional methods and ingredients used in village cooking.
